hello my father also had a pending case in allahabad high court which was transfered from supreme co urt to discuss two points after which judgement was to be given in my father's favour, it has been more than 6-7 years but no hearing has been done. this case is in court since last 20-21 years.i hop e we will get some relief after we get the judement

The worst is whn justice is delayed then denied? frnd's income tax case which went to tribunal to high court to supreme court after 23 yrs it was rejected -the co buckled - co's condition changed - once a blue chip co cud hve paid that time but now-..:(
