This accident is not only freaky shows the SAD state of affairs in the Railways. We still have primi
tive systems where one can easily climb the roof of the railway carriage and get electrocuted. Its a
case of death on railway property due to the negligence of the railway authorities . Unfortunately
no one is to blame no one is accountable :-(

These type of cases are very prominent on Delhi-Saharanpur via Shamli track in western U.P. T
he route has been long awaiting for Indian railways attention. People climb on the trains and travel
there. The railway authorities there are not paying attention cause of the crime level on this rout
e and they themselves are afraid being alone on duty.

Y do we always have to blame the authorities? dont people know it is safe not to climb on the top? D
o we expect railways to look out for people climbing on the trains. It is upto us to understand the
consequences. Every day people in mumbai local travel on the roofs inspite of clear warnings by the
railways.. who is responsible?

Shame on the person who was shooting this video instead of saving that person. No man is strong enou
gh to fight with 100 people near train...people should have brought him down instead of enjoying and
then running away after the blast.... This is the condition of INDIA...WHEN IT HAPPENS WITH US T
HEN WE'LL SEE OTHERWISE WE DONT CARE...
