Many of the rape victims were on self denial because of the reason that the judicial system is too w eak to be cracked.
Its easy for the criminal to turn around the accusation. So clearcut rule s and victim friendly systems and personnal are the need of the hour to bring the victims to confide nce and the accused to the books
